Software that runs
the work.

Roya Creative designs, builds and supports the systems organisations actually run on — ERP platforms, information systems, AI integration and mobile apps, connected end to end.

Support & monitoring

How we work

A process built to ship, not to bill.

Five stages, run in the open. You see working software and know where the project stands at every step.

01

Discover

We map how the work actually happens today — the people, the handoffs and the numbers that matter — before proposing anything.

02

Design

Flows, screens and data models are designed and validated with the people who will use the system every day.

03

Build

We build in short iterations with regular demos, so you see working software early and steer it as it grows.

04

Launch

Data is migrated, staff are trained and the system goes live in phases that don't interrupt the operation.

05

Support

We monitor, maintain and keep improving the system — with a team that already knows your processes.

Our toolkit

Proven technology, chosen per problem.

We pick the stack that fits the job — never the other way around.

In their words

Teams that run on the systems we build.

“For the first time we close the month in two days and actually trust the numbers. The phased rollout meant we never stopped trading.”

Group Finance Director

Finance, Meridian Retail Group

“Our counter staff can pull any record in seconds, and residents check their own applications. It changed how the department works.”

Director of Planning

Government, City of Fairmont

“The app just works, even where phones don't. Dispatch finally sees the day as it happens instead of the next morning.”

Questions

Answers before you ask.

Still curious? Reach out and we'll talk through your situation specifically.

What kinds of software do you build?

ERPs, information systems, custom web platforms, mobile apps and marketing sites. Most engagements combine several of these — for example an ERP with a field app and an integrations layer.

How long does a typical project take?

A landing page or small tool can ship in a few weeks. A full information system or ERP rollout typically runs three to nine months, delivered in phases so you see value early.

Do you work with our existing systems?

Yes. We regularly integrate with legacy databases, accounting software and third-party APIs. We start with an integration audit to map what exists before designing the connection.

Can you take over a project someone else started?

Often, yes. We begin with a technical review of the existing codebase and infrastructure, then agree on a plan to stabilise, document and move it forward.

How do you price work?

We scope each engagement and quote fixed-price for defined projects, or a monthly rate for ongoing product teams. You will always know the shape of the cost before we start.

What happens after launch?

Every system we ship comes with a support plan. We monitor, maintain and keep improving it — usually with the same engineers who built it.
